Entry Level Crawlspace Technician Needed
Permanent Positions Available. No experience necessary. We will train the right candidates. A Better Crawl, Inc. is a local, premier specialty contractor hiring entry level crawlspace and basement technicians for permanent employment. Part time and seasonal employment is also available, if desired. We are a drug-free company.
If you have a positive attitude, are a hard worker, learn quickly and can follow directions (both verbal and written), we would like to interview you! The applicants we are looking for must meet the following criteria:

Hours: M-F. Occasional Saturdays as needed. Consistent work, 30-35 hrs per week on average, up to 40 hours per week.
Promotions and pay increases: Based on your ability to learn and perform.
We work in crawlspaces, basements and attics. These are tight, dark, confined spaces. If you are claustrophobic or afraid of spiders, mice, or rats this job is NOT for you. You will be installing fiberglass insulation, a variety of vapor barriers, digging trenches in confined spaces and lifting and carrying heavy items among other tasks.
